*Position: 1* *QA Analyst* *NYC, NY* *6+ Months* *Interview: Telephonic and Face TO Face* They are re-writing Java App’s into a SOA based System and need a strong Q/A person that has SOA testing experience i.e. SOAP UI, Web Services Testing Restful Services and Java Drivers etc. *Position: 2* *Oracle HRMS - Payroll and Time and Labor* *6 months plus* *Hosuton, TX* *Interview: Telephonic* *Candidate Must Have*: · Minimum of 6 years of hands-on' functional and technical experience with the Oracle HRMS 11i. · Recent experience with Oracle payroll implementation preferably country specific localized or non-localized payroll implementation · Recent experience with gather requirements, create documentation for the implementation projects of country specific payroll implementation. · Ability to work with custom .net system integration with payroll implementation. · Production Support of all aspects of Oracle HRMS Applications. · Proficient with Oracle Payroll, Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, Oracle Time and Labor with the functional and technical understanding. · Experience with hands-on' payroll implementation and support with a detail understanding of payroll processes and HR/Benefit implication with the payroll processes. · Ability to support and develop custom fast formula for payroll. · Knowledge of Oracle HCM table structures to support implementations of Daily HR/Payroll reporting requirements. · Experience with Oracle API's and custom interfaces · Experience with Oracle R12 · Oracle AIM methodology · Excellent communication skills · Experience with Latin American payroll implementation is a big plus. · Ability to speak and read Spanish is a plus *Position: 3* *PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultants* *San Leandro, CA* *6+ Months* *Interview: Telephonic* Source Platform: Lawson Target Platform: PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 Backend Oracle 11g Agile Development environment Three month contract with extensions possible Job Responsibilities: Consultants will be responsible for creating SQR programs or AE programs to load data into the target system. We have half a dozen FTE's that are very knowledgeable and the only reason we need consultants is due to a resource crunch we are in now. Consultant must be able to work quickly and efficiently. The consultant will be given the tech specs and will then need to create the desired process. The consultant needs conversion experience, experience in HR. Payroll and Benefits. INTAKE Notes: Prior experience with Lawson is not mandatory, but nice to have.
