Senior Business Analyst (Project Manager) – MUST have recent experience in Higher Education or Research setting. Business analysis and project management experience in a university or other research institution Experience with sponsored program management. Strong business process analysis skills with proven ability to translate to functional requirements specifications. Clear and concise technical and business communication skills, with experience writing project plans, process documentation, status reports, timelines, work flow diagrams, etc. Ability to successfully interact with technology and administrative staff at all levels and contribute as a team member. Familiarity with and experience working with common technology concepts and environments such as industry standard databases, web applications, data integrations, IT security standards, the software development life cycle, data querying and reporting, cloud and locally hosted systems, etc. Experience with key sponsored program data elements and models. Experience as a project manager of medium or large projects, applying industry standard project management processes and tools. Ability to develop and manage project plans and assignments across multiple projects. Strong problem solving skills and experience keeping teams on task.
