Location: Richmond, VA Duration: +6 Months Mainframe Testing Test strategy, Test estimation, Test plan development, Optimum use of tools and techniques. Programming skills on Mainframe and knowledge on JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, REXX and COBOL. Providing consulting and advisory services to global clients on mainframe testing solutions. Ability to make customer presentations and influence the customer on decision making. Is responsible for understanding the clients' business and assisting the technology team in solutions. Is well versed with latest industry trends in the specific functions and Mainframe Technologies. Application Testing Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing. Should capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array etc. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively. 1. Should have played the lead role exposure to QC& Software Testing life cycle 2. Should have worked on Commodities and derivatives 3. Should have good verbal & written communication skills. 4. Should be flexible & must have good probing & analytical skills 5. Should be able to work with offshore & set expectation with customers. 6. Should have lead a team of minimum 5 resources. 7. Should be a self-starter & should be proactive in gathering information. 8. Should be good at problem solving. 9. Should be good at keeping the customers informed on issues & progress. 10. Should provide Value Adds & KPIs which would ensure customers are champions for us. 11. Should work on proactively getting feedback from customers & identify improvement areas. 12. Should be good at setting the correct expectation & should strive to build a positive perception with the customers. 13.
