*Position: LMS Business Analyst -Middleware* Location: Kalamazoo, MI Duration: 3 Months + An Expert Business Analyst for the Middleware team you will be responsible for the elicitation, documentation, harmonization, and organization of requirements and logical designs for integrations performed by the Middleware team. Key responsibilities: • Support the design and delivery of Middleware solutions with a focus towards integrations of LMS systems • Elicit middleware specific requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis and use these requirements to contribute to system design • Drive and challenge system owners on their assumptions on integration and collaborate on making integration processes more effective • Work closely with IT Quality on integration specific testing processes • Organize and maintain the structure of the required documentation across a large number of middleware projects and activities *REQUIREMENTS * · Bachelor degree, Preferred in Business Management, Engineering, or Computer Science. BA training or certification highly preferred. · Strong analytical skills to elicit system integration requirements from stakeholders and other IT teams, e.g. mapping complex business processes that cross multiple applications · Strong communication skills, including written output of detailed requirements · Technically savvy in understanding system integration, e.g. logical message data structures; XML knowledge preferred · This project revolves around sharing product master data with various applications including ERP, PLM, Labeling and other systems · Delivery of high-quality requirement specification documents for system integration scenarios · Partnership with other IT teams to define suitable testing scenarios and create test scripts · Successful testing cycles with limited re-work due to specification changes · Estimated 25% travel for workshops, testing cycles or planning meetings *Thanks,* *VINNI **| Oberon IT* 1300 W.
