The Network Engineer (NE) is responsible for the design, implementation and
overall performance, security and availability of the entire LAN/WAN/MAN.
8 to 10 years of experience.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and
direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or
manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

*Skills Required:*

Assist with deloying Cisco VOIP phone system with 200+ phones
Deploy Cisco switches in wiring closets working with DHS Division of Data
Management and local IT staff
Install four (4) Cisco Wireless Access Points (model Cisco Aironet Wireless
Access Point 1252AG)
Test and certify new fiber links with Fluke DTX-1800 Network Analyszer Tool
(equipment on-site at facility)
Set up and configure four (4) Brocade ICX-6610 fiber links
Set up and configure Cisco 2950POE fiber link to Brocade ICX-6610
Move "student server" domain controler from 165.206.36.x subnet to private
10.22.x.x subnet
Set up and configure two (2) Brocade Wireless Mobility access points (7131
series)
