NORTEL, HP L2 switch. · Responsible for Availability Management, Problem Management & Performance Management, · Documentation and Asset management · Work along with other towers and business units for their requirements and incidents. · Preparation and Approval of RCA’s · Understanding business requirements and building cost effective designs. · Management of all voice issues (MAC) logged in the Service Desk & drive for speedy closures within SLA. Also responsible for analysis, evaluations & recommendations of additions, improvements & changes in the Telecom Network. · Monitor performance and capacity of systems and provide recommendations for enhancements as needed. · Liaison with Vendors during trouble determination, evaluation, resolution & processes all repair orders accurately.
