Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Test Manager Perform Test Planning. ESB/IIB/ESB based SOA Test planning including Environment planning, Test Co-ordination with Third party vendors and client. Test harness, SIT Test cases, test data management for SOA. Required Skills for the Test Manager Knowledge of SOA testing/test planning. Extensive testing expertise. Previous experience in running an offshore testing team.
