Provide hands-on work for delivery of artifacts, complex *enhancements, and customizations*. This includes authoring technical documents, designing processes and procedures, defining and documenting setup and configuration parameters, and reviewing new business processes and solution designs to ensure that cross-functional teams fully understand the impact of decisions made during system configuration.
