*Duration: 6+ months* *Industry: Government/Higher Education* *Resume must be accompanied by the completed skills and experience matrix and one reference with a phone number.* Madison College intends to hire a PeopleSoft Analyst 3 via the State of Wisconsin Vendor Managed Services Sourcing contract. The College is seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Analyst to provide direction and development on Campus Solutions V9.0 project initiatives. The college is implementing WorkDay finance and human resource modules. We anticipate the WorkDay project will drive a variety of work across all Campus Solutions modules. *Project Summary* Madison College has Campus Solutions 9 in a SQL environment. Typical activities include: · Management and communications related to the implementation of bundles. · Assist in the design and coding of enhancement requests. · Define, design and programming of bolt-on solutions that fill gaps on WorkDay implementation project. *Basic Qualifications* · Outstanding verbal and written skills are essential. · Experience developing in PeopleTools technologies. · Experience defining requirements and translating those into PeopleSoft solutions. · Experience in persuading business areas to adopt standard procedures that may not meet 100% of their business needs. · Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. · Demonstrated experience leading without direct authority. · Demonstrated track record of successful and accurate program development. · Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills · Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks. · Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences. · Effective planner and organizer. *Desired Qualifications* · Experience with PeopleTools V9.0 or higher. · Experience with SQL. · Project Management experience is preferred. *Desired Proactive Behaviors * · Display energy and initiative in solving problems. · Follow all possible avenues to get the job done. · Adaptable - undertake a variety of tasks willingly. · Ability to switch from complex to routine tasks when required. · Work effectively with a variety of personalities and work styles. · Quality - demonstrate appropriate quality and thoroughness in your work. · Decisive - ability to make decisions quickly when faced with multiple options. · Ability to influence others in decided course of action. · Integrity - act with personal integrity at all times. · Professional - work within your team's processes. · Confront problems, propose solutions and take ownership through to resolution or ensure a clear hand-off. · Have a positive can-do approach to work. *Education and Qualifications* · Bachelors Degree · 5+ Years progressively responsible PeopleSoft programming experience · 2+ Years Business analysis experience The anticipated duration of this engagement is through August 30, 2014 with the possibility of a twelve month extension.
