Job Description * Full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.) * Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions. * Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements. * Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement. * Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. * Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
