*The immediate need is for 4-6 positions (2 Senior QA and 2-4 Testers). *
*There are a number of projects that need support, but the priority focus
will be on "McKesson Claim Xten"*
*Candidates MUST be experienced and well versed in Claims Process/ Claims
Adjudication/ CPT Codes/ Claims editing*
- *Health Care Insurance background is a Must*

- *Experience in claims testing .... "Must" have 'strong' experience in
claims testing to include the following "must" skills;*

- *Claims processing on the "backend" (not the front end claims
"processing") to include adjudication, pricing determination,
institutional
claims processing, contracts, claims interfaces for members and providers*

- *Prior experience testing mainframe applications, they use CICS ---
the CICS environment is already provided for the Testers (if they have "all
of the Claims and QA/Testing background that is required for this
position", they will 'consider' someone who has worked in a client server
environment, but "priority" will be given to someone who has worked in a
mainframe environment). They are looking for quality QA/Testers, not
programmers*

- *Ability to analyze business requirements and develop and build
excellent test cases from those requirements. This is a "crucial skill set"
therefore, their Claims knowledge in understanding Business requirements is
absolutely "critical"... they will not be doing a QA Testing Strategy
however, they must understand a QA Testing Strategy*

- * Experience using HP Quality Center (QC) is a "must" and HP ALM is a
real plus*
- *Any past EH experience and knowledge of Q-Care is a big plus *
