24+ months contract Peoria, IL USC or GC ONLY The main function of a Senior Sales Force Business Analyst is to apply SF expertise and leadership in the development of detailed requirements and system specifications for major business support and/or development, integration, and implementation projects. Job Responsibilities: Develops concepts and alternative solutions based on issues, customer needs, customer impact, and/or industry trends. Conducts Business Process Reviews as part of the Agile development methodology to analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design and potential impact while cognizant of time and cost constraints. Maintains close liaison with customers to assure business needs and perception of value are met. Stays informed of new technologies available from SF and introduces them to the organization. Develops standard practices for execution of business processes across functional organizations using SF technologies. Provides project leadership, expert advice, andcounsel to IT personnel, management and project teams on most complex aspects of SF development and implementation methods and integration with other systems. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problemsolving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Manages completion of own work assignments andcoordinates work with others. Basic ability to work independently and manageones time as well as being a collaborative team member. Based on past experience and knowledge, workindependently with minimal management input and review of end results. In depth knowledge of SF cloud infrastructurecomponents and operating environment, data migration and storage, interface methods, configuration and programming techniques, reporting and dashboards, and mobile implementations. Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and makesystem changes as needed to resolve issues. Strong knowledge of the full software developmentlifecycle, utilizing Agile development: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. High proficiency in SalesForce CRM Sales andService Cloud technology and Agile development.
