Strong leadership skills and Hands on experience in handling a team of at least 5-6 developers. Strong programming skills in website development in a Microsoft environment Strong understanding of Systems Engineering concepts and practices Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Programming Previous experience of troubleshooting application-related problems Must possess problem-solving and debugging skills.
