Ideally want Property & Casualty and/or Guidewire experience.



 JOB SUMMARY

Acts as a liaison between core business units and the Information Services
Department to translate user requirements into high-level system
specifications, develop and coordinate user testing, and assist in training
and implementation of new systems or system enhancements



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Gathers, analyzes and documents user needs and requirements and assists
technical staff in translating the requirements into systems specifications

Assists with the project in facilitating and formulating a solutions path

Analyst will elicit actual needs of the stakeholders and align the needs of
the business units with the technological capabilities

Participates in project status meetings including documenting and
distributing meeting minutes

Coordinates and assists all aspects of implementation including user
training as well as producing user procedures and documentation

Analyst will assist with Test Matrix setup

Conducts post-implementation and routine proactive follow-up with business
units to ensure a quality product and high level of functionality is
achieved

Provides daily support for business units including providing technical
guidance, troubleshooting software issues, and working with the I.S. Staff
to ensure the business goals and needs are met for the business units

Provides technical guidance to various business units and works within the
I.S. Department to ensure the business goals and needs are met for the
business units

May assist in some project management responsibilities

Assists in the troubleshooting of technical and functional issues with
various business initiatives

Ensure duties are performed in adherence to all Federal, State, and Local
laws and regulations

Comply with guidelines, policies, and directives outlined in the company
handbook and department manuals

Provide timely, courteous, and quality customer service to customers

Clearly demonstrate commitment and participation to team goals and
objectives

Reliable attendance and punctuality
