Please find the requirement below and let me know your interst.. *POSITION* Project Manager – Web Applications Location: Irvine, CA 6 Months *looking for PM who has implemented Sharepoint for 150000 users has a good understanding of social collaboration and if not implemented atleast understanding of JIVE* Job description Project Management of an Enterprise Social Collaboration Program that includes applications such as Jive and SharePoint. This Company strategic initiative that will encompass various business units and technologies and integrations through the project lifecycle. The scope of the program will include various phases consisting of initiate, plan, design, and implementation and operational readiness. · Project Management of a Program consisting of varying size projects that are strategic to our Client and have various degrees of complexity. · Experience and knowledge of Agile Scrum deployments utilizing Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SharePoint 2013. Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA and Lync applications. JIVE experience a plus since it will be fully integrated with SharePoint. · Adheres to company’s SDLC structured methodology for all programs and projects. · Management of customized package software development, providing leadership and motivation, and managing every aspect of the project plan from inception to operational support. · Develop project plans, critical path, estimate at completion and project earned value to measure against Company KPIs. · Work with the project sponsor and team to derive at budget and schedule baselines and consistently monitor and communicate variances during the course of the project. · Report project status to CIO, VP / Directors and project stakeholders on a regular basis. · Maintain project plans, risk mitigation plans, update status, metrics, dashboards and communications regularly. · Resolve conflict, motivate and inspire teams, obtain buy-in and consensus to ensure common project goals and objectives. · Balance competing demands of scope, time, cost, quality and resources with differing needs and expectations to meet or exceed customer expectations. · Instrumental in providing guidance to the rest of the staff through advocacy of best practices, strong ethics, and the highest level of professionalism. · Control of project meetings and work sessions to keep track of and manage status, issues, risks, product quality, scope control, budget, scheduling and other project dependencies. · Manage the project closure process including review / work sessions / metrics, lessons learned and completion of customer satisfaction surveys. · · *Contractor will support our Client and be responsible for the project management activities which includes some of the following deliverables:* · Develop fully loaded project plans, consisting of resources, costs, predecessor and successors. · Establish benchmarks and track project success against original objectives. · Manage RFP’s process and document vendor selection and approvals. · Add outer project dependencies and other application interfaces in the project plan. · Identify and track to critical path and estimates at completion. · Ensure SDLC documentation is completed and approved as required. · Manage vendors to ensure adhering to contracted services and are performing tasks on time through the project plan vendor status report. · Manage quality assurance requirements that include test plans, scripts, system testing, user acceptance testing, unit testing, integration and performance testing.
