Strong leadership and drive for success. *Responsibilities:* Be able to lead Microstrategy development team through various phases of SLDC - design, development, code review, test, etc. Be able to lead and perform Microstrategy architectural design, solutions and reviews. Be able to perform performance assessment and tuning activities. Be able to lead team through software upgrade activities. Must have solid knowledge of Microstrategy administration and best practices as well as Data warehousing principles. Certification is a plus. *Deliverables:* Encompasses but not limit to the following: Lead, drive and execute Microstrategy software upgrade and testing of upgrade.
