Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software. Activities range from software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Perform in accordance with Agile project standards and processes. Upper levels may break down software requirements and create highly complex systems. The successful candidate will have a breadth of technology exposure and a desire to learn new approaches to a cadre of software development tools and techniques. Experience with peer review and grants management processes is highly desirable. The right candidate should have excellent communication skills, demonstrable capabilities for providing quality customer service, and the ability to 'jump-in' as a proactive team member willing to follow an issue from identification to successful resolution.
