Database deliverables such as Entity Relationship Diagrams and Entity/Attribute Reports must be created using the most current release of ERwin. A starter model will be provided by FDOT/BSSO. This starter model will include data domains, for standardizing data types, and a glossary that ERwin will use to convert the logical business name into a compliant table column name. If there is an issue with translation, then the Vendor will need to communicate with the BSSO Contract Manager who will arrange communication between the Vendor and the appropriate Data Administration staff, at which point, direct communication between the Vendor and the Data Analyst may begin.’ The project is about a technology refresh (re-write) of two existing applications. Both of these applications use DB2 and our plan is to remain with DB2, while the programs will be rewritten in .Net.
