Such activities involve interaction with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain integrated databases. Maintains data dictionary by revising and entering definitions.Determines changes in physical database by studying project requirements; identifying database characteristics, such as location, amount of space, and access method.Works under general supervision, assists in analysis and design activities associated with the development and maintenance of the database.
