Ability to interpret the business requirements and visualize and translate those into technical solutions that can be coded by lesser experienced developers. • Very clear understanding and design experience in data mart design and various concepts related to building a DW. • Working experience in onsite/offshore model with ability to balance the right amount of documentation and handoff. • Expertise in designing and developing scalable Informatica ETL mappings/sessions/workflows for complex data integration projects. • Well conversant with industry wide accepted standards in ETL design and development using Informatica Powercenter. • Ability to understand existing ETL processes in place and reengineering those for more integrated, robust, and scalable solutions. • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with root cause identification and designing multiple solution approaches. Relevant Years of Experience: 8-10 Yrs of ETL design & development experience in BI/DW projects. At least, 3-5 Yrs experience as lead ETL design.
