Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources and develop recommendations - Experience with *Microsoft BI* tools. Experience in *SSAS/SSIS/SSRS* is a plus with ability to develop MDX queries - Experience to directly querying database environments such as MSBI, Teradata etc. - Thorough understanding of* BI/DW* concepts and Star Schema data warehouse design and Data Modeling. - Data Management capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management. - Analyze complex data systems and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies describing what/how/where/why data is stored and how to access the data. - Partners with *Business Analysts, Business users and capture requirements *in a structured form (e.g. User Stories, TestCases, Data Flow Diagrams, Acceptance Criteria etc.). - Experience using business analysis in order to translate business questions into data analysis problems - Analyze and evaluate content and performance of queries, reports, and other data-based processes suggesting improvements - Conduct detailed analysis of databases and systems to identify real or potential data quality issues including accuracy, completeness, relevance, and timeliness. - Identify and present findings, process improvements that improve data quality, drive efficiency, mitigate risk, or provide new value to the organization. - Excellent verbal and written communication and strong leadership skills.
