*Job Title: Lead Java Developer / Tech Lead Face 2 Face* *Location: Woodbury, NY* *Duration: 4-24 month+* *Job Description:* Seeking a senior developer and technical lead to head a track on a large, multi-track enterprise web application. Candidate must have strong background in software engineering and experience leading a team of developers. Must be able to make design and architecture decisions and be proficient in all layers of the application stack. Must be able to plan, assign, and delegate the work on a project track. Must work with Business Analysts, and other technical and project leads, on requirements, application architecture, and overall project planning. Technical background will include full stack development of Java based web applications. This includes experience coding on front end (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, PHP), web tier (Java based web application framework such as Spring), business tier (Java based business logic, rules engine) and database tier (SQL). A four-year degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. *Skills and Qualifications:* - Experience as lead developer on enterprise web applications a must - Able to organize and assign work to a team of developers - Ability to understand complex business requirements - Able to architect and design enterprise web applications - Ability to conduct code reviews of other developers - Strong Background in Full Stack JAVA Web Application Development - Front End: HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, PHP - Application Tier: Java, REST, Spring - Database: Strong SQL skills.
