*Position :- BA with Subject Matter Experts* *Location :- Bloomington, IL* *Duration :- 6+ Month * Work with Program Coordinator to develop and facilitate delivery of Development Center training and forums. Involves training design and development understanding and experience, audience analysis, planning and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of associates and management. A significant amount of time is spent working with teams to research topics and determine appropriate messages.
