Please help to fill below requirement:- .NET Programmer Location: Akron, OH Pay for the candidate: $38/hour on C2C or 1099 all inclusive *Only GC, Citizens and EAD GC.* GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under general direction, evaluate, design and modify existing or proposed client server systems to structure, access and maintain database applications of high-level complexity. Performs analysis of database requirements of the user departments, applications programming and operations. Test program code; analyze source and content of data. Attend project meetings and represent Client Server Technologies. Coordinate efforts among team. Guide and motivate team members. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the review, analysis and modification of programs/systems of high complexity including coding, testing, debugging and installing within set deadlines to support the Bank's client server software applications including both in-house written applications and vendor purchased packages and interfaces. Performs a variety of tasks. Effectively communicates project status to project lead management. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Verify program logic by testing and correcting programs via test runs. Analyze source and content of data. Supervise and oversee others with testing and debugging. Lead the design and build of relational databases. Develop strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and implementation of databases. Monitor and analyze database performance. Oversees and maintains database dictionaries and support tools. Lead the development and maintenance of system documentation. Perform user consulting, systems analysis, general systems design, vendor contact and detail system design. Learn user functions, organization and role in enterprise to the extent required. Leads and directs the work of others. Mentor and provide oversight to Programmer Analysts and Programmer Analysts I, and II. Write Statements of Work and estimates for programs and projects. Develop detailed project plans and estimates by providing work break downs information for assigned projects. Provide support to the help desk staff on systems of high level complexity. Respond to telephone calls, e-mail and in-person requests. Track and monitor to insure timely resolution. Maintain contact with internal customers and other Information Technology departments. Perform other duties as assigned. *REQUIRES:* * : College degree or 6+ years of experience in client server computer programming and analysis or the equivalent.* * : Working knowledge of client server and relational database concepts, SQL, Visual Studio .NET and the following programming languages: C#, Visual Basic, T-SQL, Java, JavaScript, VB Script, and OnBase. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
