Please help to fill below requirement:- *Senior Business Analyst-ERP (SAP)* *Location: Fayville, MA* *Duration: 4+ Months * *Principal Duties and Responsibilities* Must have 6+ years of experience with SAP MRS / SAP CPM or a comparable Resource Management tool * Execute configuration requests for Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) and Commercial Project Management (CPM) or comparable Resource Management tool * Assist in gathering, documenting and clarifying business requirements * Creating functional designs using a disciplined application implementation methodology * Translating system requirements into unit and function test scripts * Executing function testing and supporting user acceptance testing * Provide training to end users and create end-user documentation * Assist project managers in identifying tasks and developing project plans * Lead cross functional business and technical teams to deliver the selected solution * Assist project managers in the execution of project tasks and communicate issues and status in a timely manner * Represent IT as the principal technical contact and perform technical project leadership role Education/Experience * BA/BS in computer science or equivalent with 6-8 years of related experience and knowledge gained from utilizing system development methods in a global environment * Exposure to and strong working knowledge of MRS, CPM or comparable Resource Management application with cross-functional experience * Exposure to and good understanding of SAP Project Systems applications a plus * 6+ years experience customizing and configuring SAP MRS / CPM Applications or comparable Resource Management tools utilizing SAP (or similar) Application Analysts standards and tools * Minimum two full cycle SAP implementations Skills Candidate must have: * Expert knowledge of the underlying tables and vanilla processes in SAP Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS), SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM) or comparable Resource Management tool * Exposure to SAP Project Systems (PS) and SAP Finance (FI) a plus * Strong analytical sills combined with a sense of urgency and high energy level * Strong knowledge of Solution Manager * Strong technical aptitude and readiness to learn new functionality and modules * Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to articulate technical concepts to business leaders * Business analysis experience and ability to write business requirements and functional specs * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams * Willing to work extra hours when required * Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications preferred * Experience using an implementation methodology for at least 2 full life-cycle implementations preferred * Ability to multitask * Strong product / technology / industry knowledge * Appropriate understanding of computer architecture * Leadership skills * Ability to influence others to achieve results Candidate must be team oriented but also have the ability to work independently. Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
