Familiarity with programming languages required for development like VB6 and C#.NET Familiarity with Object Oriented concepts Can develop code in languages required from scratch with some guidance Can create design for software requirements basis process requirements from scratch and identify and correct design flaws Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture design concepts Has a working knowledge of SQL and can get data in and out of a relational database in an efficient/appropriate manner. Can support stored code (i.e. procedures, triggers). Has good knowledge on how to set up PC’s, Scan Guns, and Barcode printers Basic understanding of TCP/IP network communications and routing.
