*Role : Java Developer With BPM Location : Mclean,VA Experience : 7+ Years * * Responsibilities * Work with key client stakeholders to define business processes. Set-up design patterns, install software, and configure for proof of concept environment. *Design and implement BPM* based solutions using Appian BPM software. Provide demonstrations to clients throughout the *entire project life-cycle*. Design and implement complex enterprise integrations with industry standard technologies: Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory. Drive design ideas, propose solution alternatives. * Required Experience * 7+ years overall IT experience 2+ years related experience in a related consulting position. 2+ year of specialized experience in software delivery or software development (Java/JEE). Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong problem solving and design skills. * Experience or working knowledge in one each of the following technologies: * JEE Application Servers - JBoss, Weblogic. Web Servers - Apache Operating Systems - Red Hat Linux Other technologies / languages - SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, ESB, XML, SOAP, REST , Linux scripting skills * Nice to have* Working knowledge in integrating with *IBM TAM Webseal*.
