*Sr. BA with Pharma exp MUST* Loc: Weston, MA Duration: 6months Locals preferred but non-locals are fine *Summary:* Reporting IT organization is looking a , Reporting Sr Business Analyst and PM . This position will support the Commercial Effectiveness and Operations (CE&O) Organization. CE&O supports the commercialization of all marketed Multiple Sclerosis and Hemophilia Products. And would be working with the Customers directly and translating the Business requirements into technical language for the Data Warehouse IT organization. *Role Responsibilities:* -This individual will lead Requirements gathering sessions initiatives with Stakeholders clarify Metrics definitions and Data Sources and help the Technical Development team in making the programming and development of these reports and KPIs easier in the Warehouse and Business Objects -Implement ongoing processes and establish clear Project plans using MS Project , to ensure Stakeholders have full visibility to delivery plans. Utilize concepts of Data ware migration and PMP to build out clear roadmaps of what reports would be migrated to the new warehouse when and in what order of priority. -New internal and external data sources will be identified and integrated to enhance reporting capabilities assist stakeholders in the identification and source table column mapping process. -Should be capable of working independently as well as integrating on cross-functional teams, support multiple projects simultaneously, while assuming the initiative to continually learn and grow in the field -Deliverables will include business requirements documents, test cases, scope documents and compiling information for a design document; where technical details are provided by developers *Requirements:* -BS or BBA in Management Information Systems or related degree -5 years’ experience with progressively increasing responsibility on Reporting teams as a business analyst and Program management role -Strong organizational skills with a task oriented mindset -Basic in SQL and strong Excel Skills is required -Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence platforms is a plus -Strong presentation, communications and interpersonal skills -3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment, specially Bio Pharma is preferred. -Exposure to QA of reports is a plus -Experience creating key BA deliverables like business requirements documents, test plans and support handover documents -Prior experience in a Business objects and MY SQL environment is preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
