Job Description
Build and maintain capabilities for the Distribution business which
includes External/Internal Retail Sales, Institutional, Distribution
Operations, Client Service and Administration, and much more.
Principal Responsibilities:
Develop business logic and user experience capabilities on the
Salesforce.com platform
Develop integrations between Salesforce.com and internal/external
systems
Propose business solutions leveraging industry knowledge,
AppExchange and other partner product knowledge, and thought leadership
Improve and evolve existing technical processes
Handle day to day operational questions/issues from the business
Collaborate with the team(s) to architect capabilities that align
with the business capabilities roadmap
Collaborate with delivery manager and business partners to ensure
technology roadmap is in alignment with business goals
Be willing to play any role on the delivery team as needed to
support their high performing Agile delivery model
Job Requirements:
BS in Computer Science
2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce.com platform
(declarative development, VisualForce and Apex classes) or Salesforce
Developer Certification
Experience with partner products in the AppExchange marketplace
1+ years of experience using data integration technologies such as
web services, ESB, Informatica, Autosys
Proven ability in successfully understanding and capturing
business requirements, Strong collaboration, communication and leadership
skills,
Other Plus Requirements:
Agile Scrum experience on a delivery team of 3 or more, experience in
financial services industry, preferably in Asset Management or Mutual
Funds, Experience in supporting a Sales organization, Strong knowledge of
the CRM/SFA space – specifically customer and contact relationship
management
