Performed analysis on troubleshooting data problems in a production environment. Experience with data modeler software, creating Physical models. Teredata Data Warehouse for Credit Card - REtail and Reward Data Mart Gather Requirements access Data mart - 250 - 400 users - SAS report source to target mapping DDL - structure of tabel coordinating with DBA communicate with Line of Business groups SQL Teredata Credit Card background is nice to have ERWIN for designers - if they are doing design work NOTES - This candidate will be writing requirements, design documents and then creating DDLS (data definition language statements) Data analyst strong analytical skills, Teredata and Erwin experience (data modeling) Must be able to write requirements, design documents and then creating DDLS (data definition language statements). This group works with the Credit Cards Databases within EDA. They manage 8 different databases at this time but, will grow to 12 in 2014. They are all SQL Teradata driven but, branching into B.I. tools more specific MicroStrategy. The Data analyst/Designer would need to support the business partners and work with the different areas educating the business on the best ways to join data etc. for reporting. This candidate would work closely with multiple teams within the US and India, need to have strong multi-tasking skills along with Metadata. The candidate can sit in Charlotte/CIC. Candidate must be a go getter, self starter. The current consultant that will be fired is not doing job but rather questioning everything and trying to suggest better ways to do things. He also can not create DDLs.
