*SharePoint Admin Bethesda, MD – Local Candidates Only – Market Rate*

looking for a SharePoint Administrator for a contract position with one of
our leading clients in Bethesda, MD – Candidates should be local to the
area.

-We are looking for individuals who have excellent verbal, written,
listening and communication skills; are experienced at analyzing and
solving customer problems; pay attention to detail and are well organized;
are able to function in a fast paced environment; are flexible and open to
change; are able to prioritize; and welcome the opportunity to learn new
skills.

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
-Minimum 5 years of experience and expertise with SharePoint (2010 a must
and 2013 Preferred)

-4 Year college degree or equivalent.



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
-Provide functional and technical support to SharePoint and Office 365
customers with questions regarding authentication, permissions, workflows,
and usability.
-Communicate moderately complex or technical information, ideas and results
effectively in both oral and written form.

-Provide advice to customers in SharePoint system design and optimal
configuration.
-May escalate certain problems to client support staff, infrastructure team
and/or development team to restore service, identify root causes, and
correct problems.
-Demonstrate proficiency with MS Windows, Office suite, SharePoint, and
Office 365 including familiarity with desktop, tablet, and mobile
applications.
-Must be able to think logically and act decisively in critical situations.

-Ability to distinguish between different types of issues and select the
correct source for solution.
-Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
-Summarize and report incidents for inclusion in team weekly report and/or
client's incident management system.
-Participate as necessary with the customer in the strategic process to
translate collaboration, process automation, and business requirements into
SharePoint technical requirements.
-Maintain and follow detailed operational procedures.
-Improve quality of service delivery and provide value added customer
services.
