Please send suitable profiles. *Scrum Master* *Location: Austin, TX* *Duration: 6 mons+* *Brief Description of Role* As Web Solutions Scrum-Master your role will be to lead product teams to enable the successful execution of business strategies. Critical success factors include: • Ability to see the big picture but also navigate the details • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player to develop mutually acceptable solutions • Ability to work seamlessly with both large and small teams • Ability to guide teammates and projects and act as a mentor and coach • Ability to recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice • Ability to improve the productivity of the sprint teams • Ability to support the development managers and project leads as necessary • Ability to provide crisp and well-understood directives and communication • The ability to communicate on a technical as well as a non-technical level • The ability to understand applications from a technical and business perspective • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information • Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition • Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems *Responsibilities* Support the product development process • Organize and facilitate product planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related Meetings • Track and communicate team velocity, average accuracy of commitment and sprint/release progress • Maintain process documentation • Ensure the development teams are practicing the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility *Technical/Functional Qualifications* • 5+ years technical leadership experience • Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of Scrum Master experience • Broad technical skills across multiple domains (Technology, Information, Process, Applications, etc.) and platforms (mainframe, client-server, web-based, etc.) • Experience leading teams in the development of .Net-based web applications preferred • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server as a software asset management system • Experience with Microsoft products preferred.
