*Seeking C2C MS Dynamics CRM Developer*

*Only GC, EAD GC and USC*

*We have an immediate need for a MS Dynamics CRM Developer with experience
on version 2013.  *



*This will start as a 6 month project located in Charlotte, NC.  *



*The C2C pay rate should be a max of **$50 an hour**. This person will be
performing the customizations of the different modules with the Dynamics
CRM such as “Sales Module”. *

*This person MUST have experience with JavaScript, SQL and HTML.  If your
candidates have any exposure the version 2015 that is preferred but not
required.  There is no .NET required for this position.  Candidates MUST
have good communication skills.  Below is a detailed job description.*





*SUMMARY *

The CRM Developer / Support Specialist is responsible for the
configuration, customization, continued maintenance and support of the
companies Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.  As the CRM developer your
responsibility will be to work with sales and marketing leaders to develop
and execute modifications to the CRM application and develop business
processes and rules based on the organizations business requirements.  As
the CRM Support Specialist your responsibility will encompass the continued
maintenance of the CRM environment as well as supporting the company’s
sales and marketing users in the effective utilization of the CRM system.



*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*



*CRM Development *

• Perform customization and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Develop and implement custom programming as required by business
processes
• Continually improve and refine current CRM interfaces and  business
processes

• Preparation of training and other documentation

• Conduct function testing with sales and marketing

• Conduct data and process acceptance testing

• Deliver and/or support End User training as required



*Deployment and Change Management *

• Review of deployment preparation for system modifications

• Creation of user acceptance test plans

• Create user acceptance testing to ensure functionality, configuration and
data are as expected

• Deliver and/or support End User training as required



*EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE *

*Technical Skills *

·         Microsoft Dynamics CRM

·         Experience with Dynamics CRM MS SQL data

·         Knowledge of latest versions of Dynamics CRM 2013

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Deployment, Customization,
Integration tools

·         Experience with Microsoft SQL server 2008 and Windows 2008 Server

·         Data Mining, T-SQL, Views, Stored Procedures, Database Design

·         HTML/DHTML/JavaScript/VBScript

·         IIS, SSRS and SSIS

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to participate in and facilitate group
meetings.
