Strong SQL skills needed to create queries, procedures, and reports for the business. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline and up to 5 years of work experience. *PREFERRED SKILLS:* Development experience with CTI, Speech Recognition (ASR, TTS, STT), Database Integration using REST or SOAP APIs via Web Services, Webmethods and .NET.
