ADP EV5 Payroll Analyst

Corporate HRIS Analyst



*Client* -  Human Resources Information Systems group is seeking an HRIS
Analyst to help administer their ADP EV5 System and several home grown HR
applications. This is a functional role responsible for managing System
Configuration, Security, End User support, System Maintenance and
Development.



*Qualifications*:



·         5+ years relevant HRIS experience managing ADP Enterprise Version
5, PeopleSoft, CSS Hrizon or similar systems.

·         Experience managing HR SaaS solutions.

·         Demonstrated ability in decision making, business judgment and
delivering results.

·         Ability to offer solutions that drive consistent practices.

·         The ability to work in a fast pasted environment with changing
priorities.

·         Creativity in managing competing business objectives and needs,
managing multiple priorities.

·         Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to use Quality tools and metrics to solve issues and drive business
results (ACE).

·         Excellent computer skills including: MS Access, Excel and Toad
for Oracle.

·         A positive, can-do attitude to take ownership of issues and drive
them to resolution.

·         Works collaboratively in a team environment providing world class
customer service and responsiveness.



*Specific job responsibilities*:



·         Day to day management of the ADP EV5 and ESS Systems including:
end user support and trouble shooting, system security, system
configuration and table maintenance, mass data loads.

·         Liaise with the HRIT group as necessary to resolve issues and
manage enhancements.

·         Support the payroll team for EV5 related issues.

·         Create and maintain system documentation.

·         Manage the HRIS help desk for system support.

·         Provide guidance to Business Units on HR applications and
employee data processes and procedures.



*Education/Certifications*



·         BA/BS degree

·         Degree preference: Human Resources, Finance, IS, Operations or
related fields.

·         Advanced Degree (MS/MBA) preferred.
