Minnesota, MN 12 months + *Phone & In-person* $45-50/hr C2C all inclusive NEED EAD GC USC *Candidates MUST be able to verify the skills on their resume* Must Haves: - Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX Design experience - Minimum of 3 years Javascript experience: coding from scratch, in-depth technical knowledge - HTML5, CSS3, Jquery, Bootstrap - Agile Methodology - Broad knowledge of user interface design best practices for accessibility, usability, and form-factor dependent paradigms (e.g. touch/gesture) - Experience creating design assets for multiple resolutions and screen sizes - Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, design presentations, and other materials as needed to communicate designs to internal stakeholders - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Self-sufficient and Self-Start: they will be working as a “one man team” - Strong Communication Day to Day: As an UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with business analysts, user experience designers, visual developers, internal clients, and project managers to create world-class experiences for our customers and sales associates. You will need to be comfortable with juggling multiple projects while maintaining a strong visual design standard.
