*Rate-$48/Hr* *F2F Interview* Need a good resume, strong MVC syntax, good communications. ------------------------------ Here is the job description which i have in my records,let me know if it is the same -: Job Description : Direct client has an immediate opening for a Senior .NET Web Application Developer with 8 or more years of experience to support a custom large-scale enterprise recruiting application for a Federal Government client. Resource must be flexible and thrive in an Agile and highly-collaborative environment. - Design, develop and unit-test a mission critical web based application - Work part of an Agile development team; take part in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand ups, stakeholder demos and sprint retrospectives. - Work with Business System Analysts, Testers, and Product Owners to create and refine stories. - Implement new features and bug fixes resulting from change requests and defects from previous releases - Provide mentoring and technical support to junior members of the team - Conduct and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture reviews - Build and maintain technical documentation conforming to the company standards - Assist in the estimation of effort related to the technical aspects of the system Skills: - 8+ years of demonstrated experience in design, development and implementation of large web based solutions using .NET - Strong hands-on experience with the following technologies and concepts: C#, ASP.NET, MVC2, AJAX, XML, OOAD, UML, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML - Experience in requirements gathering, use case analysis, architecture and design patterns. - Experience working with Business System Analysts, Testers, Product Owners to create and refine stories. - Knowledge and experience with XML processing and Web Services using .NET. - Strong understanding of Object Oriented concepts and UML. - Strong Object Oriented development skills and unit/code testing experience is required - Experience in working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server. - In-depth knowledge .NET Framework. - In-depth knowledge MS Visual Studio. - In-depth knowledge of design patterns. - Knowledge of Winforms development. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills. - Strong consulting and client management skills. - Demonstrated track record of analytical and critical thinking skills. - Organized, motivated and demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision to achieve desired objectives. - Desired experience and/or familiarity with the following: - Extensive consulting experience is a strong plus. - Team lead experience is a strong plus. - Experience with open source project such as NHibernate, RavenDB, Solr, etc. - Experience reviewing new technologies coming out of .NET and other software communities. Education: - B.S. in Computer science or related degree preferred.
