*Duration: 12 months* *Rate- $45/Hr* *ONLY GC, USC* Strong systems analysis, systems integration, functional and non-functional documentation. *Qualifications:* This position is for an individual experienced IT Business Systems Analyst that has worked on large, complex IT projects. Skills in order of importance: Communication is a essential, as the candidate will be interacting with several diverse stakeholder groups. Experience and training in: functional, non-functional, data, and transition requirements elicitation and documentation, business process analysis and documentation, analysis of system integrations, change management, user acceptance testing coordination, training development, collaboration on solution design, transition to production support. Experience in Microsoft applications is required: SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Access. Other desired qualifications: Experience with SAP and CAD systems Education in Information Systems Analysis and Design PMP certification *Responsibilities:* The candidate will be assigned to the Transmission and Substation Projects Integration (TSPI) project that is currently in-flight. The project will develop an IT solution that streamlines electric asset construction projects through development and implementation of a vendor software package, including integration with multiple systems. The current phase of the project will develop a Budget, Scheduling, and Estimating system with input from multiple departments that enables analysis and approval of projects based on preliminary and detailed designs. The candidate will be responsible for several business systems analyst activities, including elicitation of functional, non-functional, data, and transition requirements, detailed process flow documentation, participation with design team, user acceptance testing coordination, training development, change management, project communications, transition planning, and storm period support. Some activities will be completely independent, and some will be based on guidance from an internal project lead. *Comments/Special Instructions * Candidate must have strong communication skills, as their primary activities will involve interacting with several stakeholder groups.
