*Role : Salesforce Tech Lead Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 12 Months *
*Relevant Experience (in Yrs) *8 -10 years
*Duties and Responsibilities*
· * The successful candidate must have hands-on experience leading
Salesforce.com implementations and be capable of developing reusable code
using the Salesforce.com developer toolkits.
· * The successful candidate will need to work closely with other
teams in IT including Business Analyst, QA, Release Management, and
Operations.
· * The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating
with other developers and project stakeholders on the design and
development of solution and integrations.
· * The successful candidate will be responsible for building and
unit testing the integrations using the appropriate technology. They will
work closely with the QA testing team to validate their integration.
· * Provide on-going support of existing SFDC Developments and
existing applications
*Knowledge and Skills*
· * The candidate should have 3-5+ years of overall IT experience
with an emphasis on Salesforce.com and web service development.
· * Candidate must have led at least two large-scale Salesforce.com
integrations.
· * VisualForce (force.com) certified Developer (DEV 401, 501) is
preferred
· * Candidate must have proven ability to integrate business
processes across disparate systems.
· * Experience with Informatica on Demand.
· * Strong relational database skills, preferably experience with
writing stored procedure, functions, triggers and data modeling
· * Proficiency in SOAP-based web services, SQL, Apex, SOQL,
XML,JavaScript.
· * Experience with MVC frameworks
· * Strong Object Oriented Development Skills (Java preferred)
· * Preferably hands-on Enterprise Service Bus experience
· * Excellent written and verbal skills.
· Data base general concepts, Oracle Data base experience desired
· Understand security concepts, as it relates authentication and
roles
· Understand security concepts, as it relates to the internet and
network

· Strong interpersonal skills that represent an interpersonal style
of cooperation, facilitation, consideration, and sensitivity to both
Corporate Culture and diversity of cultures in the workplace
· Support the Key Corporate Principles as delivered by the
Organization

the team level

Ability to follow and support standards
