We need a *Sr. Business Analyst (BA) *for a 9+ month contract engagement at a major *Healthcare* client in *Phoenix, AZ*.
This person will be working on various Clinical Management projects. Responsibilities: • Define and document/communicate *business requirements* • Consult with business departments to identify requirements • Develop and document medium to high complexity *business workflows* • Analyze scope and resolution of medium to large size Operations Management (OM) and development requests • Provide clear description of problems / issues for medium to high complexity problems • Present options for problem resolution • Contribute in developing organizational functional knowledge • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional / application area • Assist in estimation of small to medium size work effort • Establish and manage overall project plans for small to medium size efforts • Evaluate system changes for downstream system and/or organizational impacts • Prioritize and track all issues to resolution • Escalate issues to the Project Manager as appropriate • Provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes Qualifications: • *3+ years of medical claims health insurance experience* *• 3+ years of Business Analysis* experience with gathering requirements for enhancements, interfaces, data mapping. i.e., experience in using requirements gathering tools and processes, capturing business/interface workflows • 3+ years Business Requirements experience including producing and executing Business User Acceptance Test scripts derived from process gap analysis, business data mapping definitions, business requirement definitions. • High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree Assets • *Medicare or Medicaid experience *• System implementation and migration experience • 1+years Trizetto *Facets 4.xx* (or higher) relational database back-end processing experience. • Provider data experience • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) • 2+ years SQL experience If interested, please send resume along with: - *Target rate range is $50/hour DOE.* - Availability to start work - Immigration status *Sam (Saurabh Gaur)* *Sage Group Consulting Inc.* *Direct Number*: *732-784-6489* *Office: 732-767-0010 Extn: 604* -- *Please only reply to my official ID [email protected] <[email protected]>* Sam (Saurabh Gaur) Sage Group Consulting Inc.
