TRIRIGA Functional - Capital Projects, RE Lease Payment, RE Lease Percent
Rent
Good understanding of TRIRIGA OOB Lease Management and Capital Project
Management modules
Capable of evaluating customer requirements and designing a solutions
utilizing TRIRIGA OOB functions
Experience of at least one end-to-end TRIRIGA module implementation
TRIRIGA Application development - Workflows, Forms, Portal, Reports
BIRT report development for TRIRIGA
Responsible for overall TRIRIGA architecture design and standards
Lead TRIRIGA Development Team
Guide offshore TRIRIGA developers to ensure standards are met
Work with offshore application development teams throughout the development
life cycle
Business process analysis and requirement gathering with business function
SMEs
Explain complex design items through high level design documents and
white-board sessions
Create/Update TRIRIGA Designs as per the requirements
Good written and oral communication
TRIRIGA Integration - Java/J2EE+SOAP XML+ Business Connect, Data Connect
Oracle SQL, Shell scripting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
