Our Drupal teams work with major government institutions to build new Intranets for their offices, external facing Internet sites, custom workflow-based solutions, and knowledge bases. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: The candidate will be required to meet with the support teams daily to review work requests and disseminate tasks between team members in an Agile format. Work is completed in an accordance with government standards and industry best practices and the candidate will be required to learn and work knowledgeably within these standards. Candidate should show excellent communication skills with both internal team members and external clients. Candidate should be comfortable communication directly with customers about development tasks. Candidate should be able to architect solutions with based in Drupal and other technologies as necessary and be able to identify when applications are a good fit for CMS systems. Candidate should be able to mentor and lead junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and perform code reviews to ensure quality. *Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:* Demonstrated experience architecting and development enterprise-level solutions with *Drupal CMS *and associated web Technologies and MVC frameworks including PHP, HTML, Javscript, and CSS. Ability to affectively design an Drupal back-end architecture and infrastructure to support high-traffic, high-visibility websites.
