*The Function*

*Key member of our change management function which is accountable for
managing the implementation of new business processes, technologies,
organizational behaviors, and functional strategies.  With the business
environment and workplace experiencing so much change at increasing rates,
this role contributes leadership to manage and adapt by providing practical
structures for implementing and embedding change.  A partner in driving
solutions for transformation.*



Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

·         Strong project management experience

·         Demonstrated organizational change management experience covering
training, communication, and documentation

·         Create, write, edit and deliver effective and appropriate
internal communication materials

·         Analyze people and business processes, and make recommendations
for improvement

·         Partner with development team managers to present and implement
communication and change management strategies

·         Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with all
levels of personnel

·         Lead project teams consisting of varying IT roles, as well as
business leaders





Work experience that demonstrates strong writing and/or client service
skills

·         5+ years of experience in financial services

·         3+ years of experience working on global projects with
stakeholders in the business and technology domains located around the world

·         Ability to manage concurrent communication projects that are
multidimensional

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word,
PowerPoint and Excel

·         Experience writing and editing communications.
