If the person has knowledge of Sybase and Oracle it is the best combo as the client is doing a Sybase to oracle migration too. *JD-* 1. Database experts (oracle/xadata), able to analyze queries, identify and recommend remedy for performance issues etc, should have overall SDLC view and knowledge. 2. Websphere expert 3.
