*Job Title: Digital/Mobile Appl Dev 3* *Location : Richmond , VA* *Duration : 1 Year* *Note : Need more then 10+years of experience* *Job Description:* - Strong likelihood of conversion for the right candidate - Provides team or technical supervision and drives project/service delivery. Performs as technical lead on software development projects with responsibility for overall delivery of software components. - Documents design decisions, enforces to existing process guidelines, develops software components, mentors junior developers, supports QA during testing, and has oversight during implementation into production. - Strong communication and leadership qualities a must. *Responsibilities: * - Mentors junior members of the team in adherence to coding standards and practices - Works closely with application architect to understand and implement solutions that advance the loyalty platform's architecture - Work with developers to distribute development tasks according to developer skills and interests. - Converts specifications about business problems into programming instructions. - Designs and codes programs; creates test transactions and runs tests; revises as necessary. - Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems. - Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system.
