*Description:*

The Global Oracle HRIS Manager is responsible for partnering with the
Business, IT and vendor teams to lead Global projects and initiatives with
broad scope and high impact to the business and is a recognized expert in
core Human Resource ERP processes and systems. This role contributes to the
overall strategy and manages complex issues within the ERP & HCM area of
expertise. This role will facilitate the prioritization of the portfolio of
ERP projects, enhancements, and support services based on the scope,
schedule, and budgets requirements of the business.Will be responsible for
the design, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems
activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities and
reports. Works with human resources and information systems staff and
leadership to design new or modify existing human resource information
systems to meet changing requirements relating to Payroll, Compensation,
Benefits, Recruiting, Training, etc. on a domestic and international basis.
Provides designs to offshore team and requirements to ensure business needs
are met through Oracle HRMS.



*Duties include (but are not limited to):*

·         Improve customer satisfaction and reduce cycle-time on specific
wing to wing processes within the ERP & HR areas.

·         Communicate progress, status and issues to the business leaders
in HR and HRIS.

·         Seek, share and institutionalize HR-ERP best practices across all
HR Functions.

· Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior
management.

· Manages budgets and contracts associated with program(s) or initiative(s)

· Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver
solutions relating to the program(s). The teams can be part internal, part
external and offshore.

· Ensure a quality and timely payroll process occurs consistently for all
Business Units in the Region.

· Manage business relationships with Global Business Units and Regions.

· Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to
seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives
and activities of the organization.

· Coordinates program support activities, including the development of
internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks,
developing implementation, testing and training plans and ensuring the
successful transition to support and maintenance teams.

· Ensure HRIS-ERP Best Practice processes are being implemented leveraging
standard feature functions of the strategic HRIS-ERP system.

· Act as a ‘Key Point of Escalation’ to management on risk, status and
direction.

· Manage Oracle HR Systems implementation projects (new acquisitions…)

· Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions and enhancements
that improve business processes and/or provide increased controls.

· Support SOX 404 compliance activities around system transaction
monitoring, data integrity and user access controls.

· Ensure quality controls around systems setups and maintenance required
for HR through defined processes, staff training and ongoing monitoring.

*Job Responsibilities / Accountabilities*:

·         Work directly with Business/Customers, advising on complex use of
Oracle HRMS products and resolving highly complex and mission-critical
issues Report to Global Oracle HRIS Leader with direction provided by local
HR Leader and stakeholders.

·         In-depth and detailed knowledge of user/functional environment,
the Oracle HCM system

·         Manage highly complex and critical business/customer issues

·         Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues

·         Consult with Management in directing resolution of critical
Customer situations

·         The ability to plan and organize numerous tasks in parallel and
deliver within agreed time scales

·         To give guidance through various forms to the user community on
the best use of existing functions and newly introduced functions

·         Ability to design and develop Oracle XML reports and develop &
maintain customized Forms & Reports

·         Implement standard HR policies and processes into Oracle HCM
modules

·         Design solutions and provide options to best meet business
requirements

·         Prepare Oracle HR for implementation of new contracts and payroll
for new clients

·         Provide expert advice and guidance to the functional users

·         Act as a liaison between IT and functional areas for technical
requirements

·         Training material preparation and maintenance and training the
End Users

·         Maintain and update end-user & procedure system documentation
where applicable

·         Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Qualifications

*Qualifications Requirements*

Ø Minimum of 7 years related experience (Oracle HRMS, OBIEE, and
Oracle/Taleo applications)

Ø University Degree, preferably in Computer/IT Services area of study or
equivalent in experience.

Ø Proven track record in analytical thinking and problem solving

Ø Ability to partner with all levels of staff, from leadership down, from
the technical and user communities, or with Oracle Support and Development,
in a friendly and persuasive manner leveraging a communication style that
is clearly aligned to the recipient audience

Ø Ability to understand the needs of various user groups and translate into
workable solutions suitable to all user groups

*Desired Work Characteristics*:

Ø Outstanding written and verbal communications; ability to communicate
complex technical matters to all levels of leadership, aligning
communication style to the needs of the customer

Ø Excellent project management skills with detailed understanding of SDLC
methodologies, with ability to hold self and project resources accountable
for deliverables

Ø Good judgment when addressing business requests, responding to inquiries,
escalating matters, etc.

Ø Strong quantitative and analytical skills

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:
