*MUST HAVE:*

·          1+ years of experience providing *technical support in an
enterprise environment*

·         *A+ certification*

·         *MCDST or MCITP: Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
Certification*

·         Basic knowledge of various user application packages

·         Basic knowledge and experience of operating systems, networks and
platforms

·         Skill in oral and written communications

·         Skill in solving basic problems quickly

·         Some experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customers and
technical staff to resolve problems

·         Demonstrated customer service orientation and focus

·         High School Diploma or equivalent
