· 7+ Yrs of Foglight Admin and development experience
· Good understanding and knowledge of installation and
configuration of Foglight Alerts
· Ability to track, review and report deliverables is required with
people and project Management skills is mandatory;
*Necessary Skills *
• Experience in Foglight Tool Administration and Alert configuration
• Knowledge on Scripting is Mandatory
• Knowledge on Monitoring Tools will be added Advantage
• Creation Of Dashboards based on Business Requirements
• Good Sql query knowledge.
• Proactive monitoring and Tuning recommendation
· Foglight Development Administration and Alert configuration
· Knowledge on Unix and Windows administration
· Very good in coordination with onsite – offshore model
· Good Communication
*Desired Skills*
· Good Sql query knowledge.
· Proactive monitoring and Tuning recommendation
· Ability to recommend New alerts and categories the priority of
Alerts to be configured.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
· To Configure,Tune and Clean up alerts for all Applications.
· Provide Admin support for Foglight tool and maintain 100% Alert
compliance
· Stop and Start FL alerts during Manintenance window.
· Ability to meet timelines and milestones
*Generic Managerial Skills*
:
· Able to plan/track tasks/activities / co ordinate and report on
periodical basis to TCS and customer management
· Onsite Offshore Co-ordination on day to day basis on deliverables
and customer interaction on need basis
· Good in problem approaching with innovate thinking and able to
approach / addressing the problems with process / people and ensuring
review effectiveness on regular basis is must
