Job Title: SAP FICA Consultant
Location Cupertino, CA
Duration: 6+ months (Contract)
Description – (We want someone with strong FICA experience.)
• Candidate should possess 5 - 8 years of experience in SAP
FICA/RMCA. Full SAP life-cycle experience is preferable (inception through
post-go live and ongoing production support).
• Expert knowledge/understanding of Business Processes and
Industry Best Practices in SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable in
the areas of –
o Billing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
o Invoicing in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable
o Integration of SAP system with external systems for transfer
of Billable Items data Interface for transferring billing information from
external systems to Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
o Processing outgoing and incoming payments
o Transfer of account assignment data from Contract Accounts
Receivable and Payable to Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
o Parallel processing and Enhancement of standard business
processes of Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable using predefined
Program Events
• Working knowledge of Business processes and Industry Best
Practices in SAP in the following areas –
o Withholding taxes
o Foreign Currency Revaluations
o Automatic Payment Program
o ALE/IDOCS
o Electronic Bank Statements
o Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal
Orders
o Function Modules and its customizations
o FI-MM Integration
o FI-SD Integration
• Should have experience in gathering business requirements,
documenting specifications for development of custom programs, developing
systems requirements, designing and prototyping, executing
functional/technical testing, training, defining support procedures, and
implementing practical business solutions
• Ability to provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet
business needs
