Complete Description: Primary responsibility will be to develop , test, and implement new tools and interfaces to replace an existing IBM Notes based custom Applicant Tracking System. The position requires that the candidate develop interfaces that perform the exact functionality of the existing application in a web based . Attention to detail is required. This position requires that the individual must be competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities while they design, code, test, debug, and document those applications. This person will be working in a team environment with direction from the local IT team and project management. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is a must. The ideal candidate has worked on taking existing collaborative applications and converting them to web based applications. Must have experience with UI and server side programming. Programming experience with Lotus Notes and Domino Server with xPages is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and superior interpersonal skills. The candidate will be a team player, highly motivated, flexible, and results driven.
